Connect your AI assistant

Use Superfocus from Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini

Superfocus has an MCP connector at https://mcp.superfocus.me/mcp. Connect it once and your assistant can read your goals, tasks, calendar blocks, focus stats and journal, and, if you allow edits, plan your day, move blocks, complete tasks and capture notes. Everything runs through your own Superfocus account with OAuth; nothing is shared with the assistant vendor beyond what you ask for.

What the connector can do

Read, always on:

  • Goals and milestones
  • Tasks
  • Calendar blocks and recurring routines
  • Weekly reviews
  • Focus score and hours per goal
  • Journal, screen time and meeting notes
  • Your latest assessment

Edit, only when you turn on “Can edit”:

  • Create, move, complete and delete blocks
  • Create, update and complete tasks
  • Goals and milestones
  • Sleep schedule
  • Journal notes
  • “Remember” notes for the coach

Claude

Once Superfocus is listed in the directory:

  1. Open the Connectors directory in Claude (Settings > Connectors).
  2. Search for “Superfocus” and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Superfocus and approve.

Any time, before or after the listing:

  1. Go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector.
  2. Paste https://mcp.superfocus.me/mcp.
  3. Sign in to Superfocus and approve.

It works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Claude mobile and Claude Code. In Claude Code, run:

claude mcp add --transport http superfocus https://mcp.superfocus.me/mcp

ChatGPT

Once Superfocus is listed:

  1. Open Plugins in ChatGPT.
  2. Search for “Superfocus” and add it.
  3. Sign in to Superfocus.

Any time:

  1. In the desktop app, go to Settings > Plugins > MCPs. On the web, turn on Developer mode.
  2. Add https://mcp.superfocus.me/mcp as a new connector.
  3. Sign in to Superfocus and approve.

It also works in Codex.

Gemini

  1. On a computer, open gemini.google.com and go to Settings & help > Connected Apps > Custom apps for Spark.
  2. Choose “Add a custom app”.
  3. Paste https://mcp.superfocus.me/mcp.
  4. Sign in to Superfocus.

Google sets some limits: a personal Google account only, in the US, 18 or over, in English, with Keep Activity on. Once connected it also works in the Gemini mobile app. Gemini asks you to confirm every edit.

Cursor, Grok and other clients

  • Cursor: install Superfocus in Cursor.
  • Grok: go to grok.com > Connectors > New Connector > Custom, then enter a name and the server URL https://mcp.superfocus.me/mcp.

Any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP and OAuth works with the same URL.

Permissions and disconnecting

Reads are on by default. Edits need the “Can edit” switch in Superfocus under Settings > Integrations > MCP. Each connected assistant is listed there with a Disconnect button. Disconnecting revokes the assistant's token immediately.

Privacy

The assistant only receives what its tool calls ask for. Edits are logged in your activity history as made by the assistant. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
